Finance Manager
Thailand (Bangkok) - Full Time - Finance
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Finance Manager to lead financial operations across our Thailand entities. You will play a key role in ensuring the financial health of our organization.
This role goes beyond day-to-day accounting. You will be responsible for financial reporting, budgeting, compliance, and supporting leadership with clear financial insights.
You will oversee finance across multiple sites and ensure accuracy, structure, and visibility across all financial activities.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage end-to-end financial operations across all Thailand entities, including daily accounting (AP/AR, GL, payroll, tax)
Own financial reporting and forecasting (monthly, quarterly, annual), providing clear insights and commentary to leadership
Manage budgeting and financial planning across multiple locations, including expenditure control and cost optimisation
Ensure full compliance with local tax laws, financial regulations, and company policies
Oversee audits and manage relationships with external accountants, consultants, and financial partners
Improve financial systems, tools, and processes to increase efficiency, accuracy, and visibility
Partner with leadership (CFO & CEO) to support strategic decision-making and business growth
Supervise and support finance staff or external consultants where applicable
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar (CPA preferred)
3–5 years of progressive experience in accounting and finance
Strong understanding of local tax regulations and compliance (Thailand)
Experience with accounting software (Xero, Zoho, or similar)
Solid experience with financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
High attention to detail and ownership mindset
Strong communication skills and ability to work with non-finance stakeholders
Fluent in English
